Goal
One is unable to create and commit a new discount object using Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.4 pricing center. The following steps were followed :
1. Create a Discount Model in Pricing Center
2. Attach it to a delayed event in a discount object
3. Commit to BRM database
4. Pricing Center throws error "ERR_BAD_ARG"
