Problem With Subscription Cycle For Customer Being Activated From Hotline. (Doc ID 957193.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When the service is re-activated after the inactivation, the cycle dates are incorrect for non-aligned case.

Reproduction steps:
1. On Oct 16, create an account with a plan contains the product which has  "Apply on billing date" check box checked  for the MCF (Monthly Cycle Forward) event in pricing center.
2. On Nov 17, inactivate the service.
3. On Nov 18, un-check that "Apply on billing date" box, commit the plan.
4. Restart the cm
5. On Nov 20, re-activate the service.

Since the "Apply on billing date" is un-checked, it is expected that the cycle end_t should be set to one month from the day of reactivation, i.e. Dec 20.

But the actual result is the cycle end_t has been set to end of accounting cycle, i.e. Dec 16.
