Unable To Login To Demantra From Demand Management System Administrator (Doc ID 957342.1)

Symptoms

On 7.2.0.1 in Production:
After applying <Patch:8602258> , when the user tries to login to Demantra Collaboration workbench
using the Demand Management System Administrator Responsibility, a java error is encountered.
the following error occurs.
