When we are migrating 3000 accounts in one xml file then the dat file created for one extended class i.e. profile_customer_care_t and one exisiting class i.e. device_services_t are not proper. For profile_customer_care_t some data are getting repeated in the dat file and for device_services_t more no of rows are coming than expected in the dat file.

For eg.,  In a  sample xml file and a device_t dat file has 916 rows and service_t dat file has 2748 rows.So ideally if we attach one single device with every 3 services 2748 rows are expected in device_services_t.dat but 2654 rows are there. And profile_customer_care_t number of rows are correct but for some rows the value of some particular fields are getting repeated.

Steps To Reproduce:
1)Create an Xml file and pass the same through pin_cmt utility
2) Check the count for the following under $pin_home/apps/cmt/data_files
service_t should be 2748 which is correct
device_t should be 916 which is correct
device_services_t is 2754 which is not correct
3) Check the profile_customer_care_t.dat file ,It can be seen that there are random/extra fields created for few records
