Exception In Thread "Main" Org.Hibernate.Objectnotfoundexception in CCB (Doc ID 959286.1)

When trying to install a CM Package onto one environment and it has failed so far. From the log,
it seems that it failed on the Generate Artifacts part, on this specific error:

[java] Exception in thread "main" org.hibernate.ObjectNotFoundException: No row with the given
identifier exists:

The CI_MD_TBL table was checked if it has an F1_BNDL_CHAR record on the database but none was found.
The environment has installed service packs up to SP5.

Unpublished <> was attempted to be installed as indicated by the Product team. The problem is that
the installers (both database and application) indicate that all components of the <>
are already installed. The CI_MD_TBL table was checked and it still did not have an entry for

When looking at the SQL scripts of <> it was found that it is supposed to install the
table entry, unfortunately when trying to run CDXPatch, it always says that it was already
installed so it skips running the SQLs.

Is there a way that the customer can force CDXPatch to run the scripts even though it finds that
they have been installed already?
