Import Hanging When Trying To Install Aers_4.6 (Upgrading From 4.5.2) (Doc ID 960071.1)

Started the AERS 4.6 install yesterday, and still running this morning. Checked the server and the
import (aers46_portal_imp.bat specifically) is still running.

The log shows:
Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options

Export file created by EXPORT:V09.02.00 via conventional path

Warning: the objects were exported by PORTAL30, not by you

import done in UTF8 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
. importing PORTAL30's objects into PORTAL
. . importing table "AERS46_WWDOC_DOCUMENT" 8085 rows imported
. . importing table "AERS46_WWSBR_ALL_FOLDERS" 458 rows imported

It appears to be stuck on the last table.

I rolled back and tried again this morning with the same results.
