Symptoms

Problem Statement

The op_subscription_cycle_forward opcode failed during a product cancelation request, for a service using Custom Event Selection.

The error reported in the cm.pinlog in a case like this is shown below :

Steps To Reproduce

- Provision product using a "Custom Event Analysis" type of rate plan selection.
- Run billing to pass to the next cycle.
- Cancel the product.
