Troubleshooting Demantra Integration Interface Performance Issues. Import Interface is Hanging or Slow. (Doc ID 961699.1)

Last updated on APRIL 07, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Demantra Demand Management - Version 7.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

The purpose of this Note is to give the user the first set of steps in analyzing performance issues with a Demantra Integration Interface process, either when it is executed through the APS executable or a Workflow Transfer Step. Details on these two execution methods are documented further in the Demantra Implementation Guide.

While certainly issues might arise with Export Integration functionality (Data being Exported from Demantra), most issues we see in Support have to do with the Import Integration Profiles (Data being imported into Demantra) and lack of satisfaction with the performance compared to the number of rows being imported.

If one or more of these suggestions/steps, detailed below, does not result in the adequate performance gains then we list the information that Oracle Support will need to further diagnose the issue.
