Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Test:
Securing attributes not populated from source instance to planning instance for
the supplier user who got registered in iSupplier portal registration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Securing attribute to appear in Planning Instance after data collection

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Source instance log in to responsibility 'Purchasing Super User'
2. NAV: Supply Base-->Supplier User Management-->Supplier User Administrator-->
Manage User Profiles
3. Query details for Supplier/User.
4. Click on View details button.
5. It shows all the supplier/site details.
6. Log in to System Administrator responsibility.
7. NAV: Security -->Users --> Define --> Securing Attributes tab.
8. Set the values:
ICX_SUPPLIER_CONTACT_ID > iSupplier Portal > 59874
ICX_SUPPLIER_ORG_ID > iSupplier Portal > 33759
ICX_SUPPLIER_SITE_ID > iSupplier Portal > 116696
9. In Planning instance log in to ASCP resp.
10. Run ASCP Data Collections with 'User Company Association' set to
"Create and Enable User Company Association"
11. Log in to User Administrator resp.
12. NAV: Responsibility--> Users--> Query for the user.
13. Go to Securing attributes for the responsibility 'Supply Chain Collaboration
Planner', where there is no securing attributes for org, site, supplier
details displayed as below
ICX_SUPPLIER_CONTACT_ID > iSupplier Portal > 59874
ICX_SUPPLIER_ORG_ID > iSupplier Portal > 33759
ICX_SUPPLIER_SITE_ID > iSupplier Portal > 116696
