Error ORA-29913 When Loading a Flatfile With Special Characters In BI (Doc ID 965042.1)

Goal

When a flatfile is loaded containing special characters like � (e with an accent) and � (A with an accent), the mappings in OUBI fail with an error shown in the OWB Repository Browser. When the characters are replaced with normal characters the file is successfully loaded.

ORA-29913 error: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEFETCH callout
ORA-30653: reject limit reached

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter in the source system a Person with a name containing the special character � (e with an accent).
2. Create an extract file for the Person dimension.
3. Load the extract file in the OUBI data warehouse.
