Goal

After executing multiple 'External General Ledger Data Loads', it appears that previous loads disappear from the screen for Undo.

For example, on first "Snapshot" External General Ledger Data Loader there are 25,000 records attempting to be loaded.  25 records fail to load due to data errors.  At this point the FEM_BALANCES table includes the 24,975 records and the "Executed Rules" screen shows a run of the "Default Integration Rule for External GL Data Load" process with an output record count of 24,975.

The data errors are fixed, the LOAD_METHOD_CODE changed to "I" and the 25 records are reloaded a second time with the "Incremental" load option.

At this point the FEM_BALANCES table includes the 25,000 (24,975 + 25) records and the "Executed Rules" screen shows a run of the "Default Integration Rule for External GL Data Load" process with an output record count of 25. The previous Run of the "Default Integration Rule for External GL Data Load" has, at this point, vanished.

At this point if we wish to "Remove" (UNDO) an executed rule we can therefore only see the second of the two actions, i.e. that which relates to the second, incremental, run of the External General Ledger Data Loader. If we select this rule for removal, the system then removes all 25,000 records loaded, i.e. the 25 incremental records and the 24,975 snapshot records.

Is this expected behavior?
