Goal

Example
=======

Configuration
=============

Installation option
- BS freeze completion checked as “Freeze at bill completion”
- Accounting date freeze option checked as “always change”

Bill cycle (date format US – MM/DD/YYYY)
- Windows start date = 01/01/2008
- Windows end date = 02/05/2008
- Accounting date = 02/05/2008
- Estimate date = 02/05/2008
- Freeze & complete checked

Rate schedule
- Only one RC, type SQ, charge is a BF
- BF with allow proration not checked
- Rate selection date algorithm is C1-BFRACCTG (Bill factor rate selection – Accounting date)

Bill factor
- Doesn’t depend on a characteristic
- Price 1 is effective until 02/01/2008
- Price 2 is effective since 02/02/2008

Meter read
- A meter read type regular is founded at 01/20/2008

Batch job submission +
- Batch code is BILLING
- Business date is 01/20/2008

Expected result
===============
A BS should be generated with the “freezable” status.
With this installation option, accounting date should be equal to the business date = 01/20/2008
Price billed should be Price 1, e.g. price effective at the accounting date (01/20/2008)

Issue
=====
Accounting date is good: 01/20/2008 on the financial details tab
Price retrieved in the bill factor is wrong. Price 2 has been retrieved instead of price 1.
