Symptoms

OC version 4.5.3
When attempting to create a Clinical Planned Event (CPE) where Visit Number = 0.5. OC apparently accepts and saves the event number. However, upon attempting to Save a subsequent event with the event number 1 the following error is thrown "59670: Duplicate visit number detected, Check visit number."

Upon requerying the events just saved, what was entered as visit number 0.5 is presented as 1

ERROR
-----------------------
"59670: Duplicate visit number detected, Check visit number."

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OC: Design > Schedule > Events

2. Add a new event which when rounded, for example, 1.25 will round to 1 and .5 or .75 will also round to 1, equals an event number which already exists.

3. Press save. If the rounded figure for event number is a duplicate the error message is presented. If the event number is unique, it will successfully save.
