Symptoms

op_subscription_cycle_forward failed during a product cancellation for a service using Custom Event Analysis.

An error like in the following fragment from CM pinlog is reported:

 Steps To Reproduce:
- Purchase a product, making use of Custom Event Analysis for rate plan selection
- Run billing to pass to the next cycle
- Cancel the product
