Incorrect Address in Contact Information Detail (Doc ID 969342.1)

Symptoms

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open any existing account from Customer Center and note the address (not including City/Prov/Postal) from the Summary tab.
    (Note: Make sure there are at least 5 lines for the addresses to start with)
  2. Click the Contact Information link and view the value in the Address edit box.


Actual Result:
The field seems to be displaying the bottom of the field, or the right side of the field if the text in the line is long.

Expect Result:
Should be top-left justified by default, instead of bottom/right.
