Incorrect Address in Contact Information Detail

Steps To Reproduce:
- Open any existing account from Customer Center and note the address (not including City/Prov/Postal) from the Summary tab.
(Note: Make sure there are at least 5 lines for the addresses to start with)
- Click the Contact Information link and view the value in the Address edit box.
The field seems to be displaying the bottom of the field, or the right side of the field if the text in the line is long.
Should be top-left justified by default, instead of bottom/right.
