-- Problem Statement:
On TMS 4.6:
When in Omission Management--> Classification, when querying for a term related to the omission.
Once the values are returned and scrolling thru the list, the following error is returned:
ERROR

FRM-40900: Unable to allocate record buffer. Clear form to continue.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into TMS 4.6
2. Navigate to Omission Management--> Classification and perform a query.
3. Scroll through all the returned values and the FRM-40900 is returned.
