Goal

Follow the Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.1 API document to implement the customized SingletonService and deploy the customized ear into OCSG 4.1.1 cluster environment. The service method activate() is not invoked as expected. There is no error in the console or log, and the ear application is running fine, but the print debug log in the activated () method is not displayed.
