Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version: to - Release: 7.3.1 to 7.3.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In Roaming setup, one may face an issue that the TAP3 files can be read properly in TTT(TAP Testing Toolkit) , but it throws error as shown below when the roaming pipeline processes it. The TAP3 file processed  contains TaxIndicator field.

28.07.2009 04:30:33 xxxxxx ifw IFW MAJOR [T:7987] 10201 - (ifw.Pipelines.TAPInProcessingPipeline.Input.InputModule.Module) ERR_INP_GENERICSTREAM_PARSE_ERROR_STREAM | Parse error on input stream 'CDFRATKHKGM301172': parse error at record 29: unexpected symbol `$ERROR', expecting `IFW_TAP3.Block_END' or `IFW_TAP3.ChargeType'.

If this Taxation part is removed from the TAP3 file and passed into the system, it gets processed successfully. It indicates that the field TaxIndicator is not being handled.
