Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Services are not sorted correctly on Plans tab of CutstomerCenter

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Open an existing account with multiple services.
Go to Plans tab and click on 'Service' header in Plans table.
Icon indicates an ascending or descending sort, but the services are not actually sorted in that order.
