The report should only show credit card transactions, but it shows both credit card and debit transactions.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create accounts with different pay types (invoice, direct debit & credit cards)
2. Run billing
3. Schedule report
4. Compare the data returned from the report with the pay types of the accounts.
