Symptoms
ISSUE:

During Oracle Clinical installation, RunInstaller fails with the error :
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Was unable to copy file (/app/opapps/oc/46/install/upgrade_ocdev46_11_20_2009_11_22_08AM.log) as text. Trying to copy it in binary mode instead.
