How do I Correct a "Report File does not exist" Error Message in Tracker?

Usually when a new installation is done for Tracker Client, users get 'Report File does not exist' message for any report they try to run. It can also happen for changes done in the environment for accessing shared files. The goal of this document is to explain why it might happen and how to correct it.
