Symptoms

When a transaction is getting timed out in ASAP, ie when the transaction exceeds TRANSACTION_TIMEOUT param value (in seconds), the transaction is failing which is correct, but there is no error message set when the transaction is failed due to this transaction timeout.

The expected behaviour should be that when a transaction is failing due to time out issues and the exit type is fail, an error message has to be set so that the user user can easily determine the cause of the issue, for example: " Transaction failed due to timeout"

Steps To Reproduce:
1. set the Transaction_timeout to some considerable value (15 mins - 900 Seconds).
2. include an ASDL in the CSDL which taked more that 900 seconds to complete execution
3. fire the order and wait for the response
4. after 900 seconds, the transaction will fail because the transaction has crossed the threshold time limit (transaction time out), but with the message just "FAIL:", but no other message is set in this case.
