Pay By Brand Account Still Shows As Payment Option

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 126.96.36.199.0 version, pay by brand account still shows as payment option when additional purchase is made.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to CC as brand user.
2. Create an account with any plan.
3. Go to Payments tab.
4. Click the Payment Method drop down list.
5. The extra payment method: Paid By Parent Account 0.0.0.1 - xxxxxx is not there which is right.
6. Select the purchase tab and purchase an additional plan.
7 .Complete the purchase and you can see that the Parent Account 0.0.0.1 - xxxxxx is seen which should not be there.
