Goal
When the STM-1 is cut and pasted to a new card (in the Equipment -> Hierarchy view), the child VC-4 and VC-12 entities are not carried across automatically.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Select a bearer and do a cut.
2. Pasted to a new card and see that Child entities are not carried accross with the re-parented STM-1.
Expected result: The child entities of an STM-x should be carried across with the bearer to the new card/port.
