Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
After upgrade to 7.3.1, open customer center, go to services screen, select service and click view service history, click all dates and search. It will indicate no items found but when we run the query the database directly using PCM_OP_SEARCH, it finds the data.

Upgrade from 6.2_SP1 to 7.3.1
