Symptoms

Problem Statement

While running pin_bill_accts , if you try to increase the number of children(- pin_mta children 60) count more than 50, it might throw an error and the application would come out. 

As per below dm_oracle configuration, the MTA application (pin_bill_accts in this case) should able to establish 120 connections at least :
