Symptoms

The following are examples of errors in Internet Explorer observed when users are not able to open reports, letters or attachments:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Internet Explorer cannot download [Filename] from [webserver]

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.  Please try later.


Changes

Observed after applying Microsoft Windows Updates/Patches to the Oracle Argus Safety Web Server.
