AutoVue Server on Linux Fails to Start. Log File Shows Error: "Failed to load VueServer library" (Doc ID 977461.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start the AutoVue server from the command line, the process completes with no error. The command prompt returns. The AutoVue console does not show any processes running and in some instances the console shows up then immediately disappears.When looking at the AutoVue server log the following error can be found:

"Failed to load VueServer library"

The following error can also be found in the AutoVue server log:

"libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

What is working:

If using Agile, all other Agile components (app server and Filemgr) are deployed and working correctly.
