Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Error message: Internal Error! Your database connection has been reset. Please try again. Contact your helpdesk if the problem persists. This error appears when trying group Approval/UnApproval/Verify/UnVerify

-- Steps To Reproduce:
* Connect to RDC 4.5.3 with qainv1 (Session #1).
* Go to Review
* Select a range of patients. This range needs to cover more than 50 CRFs avaliable to be approved/unapproved/verified/unverified
* Connect to RDC 4.5.3 with qainv2 (Session #2).
* Go to Review
* Select the same range of patients, selected before.
* In session #1, click on "Select All". Select Approve from "Select CRFs and ...." , then Go
* In session #2, click on "Select All". Select Verify from "Select CRFs and ...." , then Go
* In session #1, provide Username and Password, uncheck 'Skip CRFs with discrepancies' and 'Skip CRFs that have not been Verified', then click Continue
* In session #2, uncheck 'Skip CRFs with discrepancies' , then click Continue
* In session #1, click Yes

Error may appear at this point, otherwise following steps needs to be executed for several time:

* In session #1, click on "Select All". Select Approve from "Select CRFs and ...." , then Go
* In session #1, provide Password, uncheck 'Skip CRFs with discrepancies' and 'Skip CRFs that have not been Verified', then click Continue


The surround session stays alive and the user can try to approve/unapprove/verify/unverify
