Unable To Find Library 'Libclntsh.so.11.1' During BRM Installation (Doc ID 978173.1)

Goal

During BRM installation on HP-UX 11i v3 Base OE, using Oracle 11g, it throws the below error :

          "Unable to find library 'libclntsh.so.11.1' "

For example, below is the snippet log during pin_setup:
