DMOQ Report Does Not Show Any Results (Doc ID 979003.1)

Goal

The DMOQ (Direct Measure of Quality) report does not show any results. We have tried both report types (DMOQ Exception Details and DMOQ Summary Counts) and all DMOQ types.
Is there any other way or setting by which this report can be obtained with relevant results.
