BI Publisher Reports Fail In AERS (Doc ID 979838.1)

Submitting a BI Publisher report in a Oracle Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS) installation results in the following error message from the Report Queue Manager:

MSG-01000: Report Started
MSG-02000: Obtained the DB Server Attributes
MSG-03000: PRSC Object Created
MSG-04000: OPA_HOME is set
MSG-05000: PRSC Object Params Loaded
MSG-00400: Unhandled Java Exception:
eption: PublicReportService::generateReport failed: due to
oracle.apps.xdo.XDOException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL:
numeric or value error
ORA-06512: at "AERS.RPT_PSUR07", line 3525
ORA-06512: at "AERS.RPT_PSUR07", line 4034
ORA-06512: at line 4

REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value
