Symptoms

Incorrect Sort on Service from Plans Tab When Account Level Deal are present

Steps to re-produce :

Issue 1 :
1) Open any account in Customer Center and select the Plans Tab
2)Services are sorting in both ascending and descending order ,However if you create an /account level plan ,Services starting with "/ " only remains in the bottom and does not come up if the order is changed.

Issue 2 :
Incorrect Sort on Service from Plans Tab When Account Level Deal are present which can be seen by the below steps :
a) create a product at the /account level and assign the same to a deal
b) Select any account and purchase the deal
c) Try sorting with the services both ascending and descending , Sorting would work correctly
d) Sort on Deal both ascending and descending,
e) Now attempt to sort through the service column , It can be seen that the sorting is not correct where sort only seems to work as far as service '/', but does not sort the services below this point.
