Allocation Purge Batch Script (purge.sh) is Not Deleting Allocations from the Database

Purge batch program (purge.sh) does not delete records from ALC_ALLOC table even after the allocation is deleted from the application.
Steps to recreate:
- Close an allocation that has data in ALC_XREF.
- run the purge.sh script
- Verify that the above allocation is not deleted from ALC_ALLOC table.
