How to Find Information on the User Which Deleted Mapping Rules from a Rule Set and Undid Mapping Rules (Doc ID 981690.1)

Goal

When checking some results, it was realized that a user ran Executed Rule removal on a rule and also deleted a rule from a Rule Set.  Would like the answers to the following questions:

1. How to find the last person who updated a Rule Set?
2. How to find who ran Execute Rule Removal for a specific rule.
3. Is there any way to track who specifically deleted a mapping rule from a Rule Set?
4.  Is it possible to track row deletions and updates to the FEM_RULE_SET_MEMBERS table through Oracle Applications?

     Answer 3:  No, there is no way to track who removed a mapping rule from Rule Set.
