Symptoms

1. Duplicate case search from initial case entry screen is not finding the newly entered cases

2. E2B Reports are not being generated

3. PKG_PARALLEL_DB_PROCESSOR.PDP_MASTER JOB fails with the following errors in alert log:

 

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job <job_id>
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "<Schema_Owner>.PKG_PARALLEL_DB_PROCESSOR", line <Line_Number>
