Goal

When loading the suspense management update file, pin_rel is throwing the following error:

Error 11/16/09 2:57:38:0437 PM ( 1258363658438 ) T:main REL IREL 1:<HOST>:UnknownProgramName:0:main:7:1258363657:0
Error encountered in the REL Driver: 1019
The poid_db could not be found in the input file.
