Wrong Attribute Values in LOV in Mapping Rule Dimension Component

In Oracle Profitability Manager 11i, when trying to add an Attribute Dimension Component to a Mapping Rule, the attribute's list of values (LOV) does not show the correct values.  The attribute experiencing the issue is a dimension based attribute and is the 11th attribute in the list on the component screen (or the first attribute on the second page of attributes).

For example, on the Company Cost Center Org dimension, when you create a local condition with an Attribute Dimension Component and view the LOV for attribute UserDefATTR1, values of "Yes" and "No" appear.  These are not values related to UserDefATTR1 which should have values like "Billing Dept" and "Customer Service Dept".  You expect "Billing Dept" and "Customer Service Dept" values to appear in the LOV and not "Yes" and "No".

The UserDefATTR1 attribute is a dimension based attribute that references the simple dimension User List of Values 003.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to the Profitability Manager responsibility
  2. Go to Business Rule > Mapping
  3. Create a new Mapping Rule
  4. In the rule, create a local condition
  5. Add a Dimension Component on Company Cost Center Org
  6. Create a new Dimension Component for Company Cost Center Org
  7. Use Attribute
  8. Click on "Next 10" to get to the second page of attribute
  9. Select the LOV for the first attribute on the second page
Incorrect values appear in this LOV.
