An ISR Service Order was created with a facility circuit to introduce a new Network circuit for customer assignments. Before the facility circuit was placed "InService", a PSR Service Order was created with a customer circuit and assigned to the "Pending" facility circuit.


Symptoms

Unable to complete either the Due Date Task on the ISR order with the facility circuit or the Due Date task on the PSR order with the customer circuit.
