PARLAYX MO SMS Raised Exception For NOMATCHINGOFFLINENOTIFICATIONEXCEPTION In OCSG 4.1.1 (Doc ID 986402.1)

Symptoms

In case of MO (Mobile Originated) requests, if the subscriber sends a keyword which is used to match the "criteria" field defined in the plugin and it is not already configured in OCSG 4.1.1, it throws NoMatchingOfflineNotificationException currently.

Also unable to create online notification with blank criteria using Oracle database, it gives "Overlapping Criteria Exception". Creation of online notification with blank criteria only works if OCSG is using MYSQL db.
