Goal

Batch jobs fail to move to 'Complete' status in Batch Run Tree.

The Batch Job Status does move to 'Ended' status on the Batch Job Submission
screen, however, the job remains in 'In Progress' status on the Batch Run
Tree and the individual thread(s) remain in 'Pending' status.
