Are All Status Changes Reflected in the Resource Manager Database When an Order is Redispatched? (Doc ID 987072.1)

Last updated on MARCH 12, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 4.0.0 to 1.13.0 [Release 4.0 to 1.13]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Does the Oracle Realtime Scheduler (ORS) commit status changes to the RESOURCE_MANAGER.STOP_SCHED table multiple times within a minute if a task is freed and reallocated/redispatched after the task had already been dispatched?  The user has a database trigger that fires based on updates to the status column of STOP_SCHED.STATUS. This trigger is used to extract the various states of a stop from ORS for an external system.
