Symptoms

ISSUE:
-------
An user connects to RDC PDF and updates Suppress Validation Error Alert in HTML/PDF mode from N to Y, if the user logs out and log in back to RDC PDF, the preference Suppress Validation Error Alert in HTML/PDF mode to N.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* Log into RDC Admin, set the configuration setting Suppress Validation Error Alert in HTML/PDF mode to N.
* Log into RDC Classic. Choose PDF entry mode. Open a form and click on the preferences icon. Check the Suppress Validation Failure Alert so that is checked on. Enter data and save. Log out of RDC.
* Log back into RDC Classic. Choose PDF entry mode. Open a form and click on the preferences icon.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
---------------------------
the Suppress Validation Failure Alert to remain checked from session to session.
