Receiving error - "ODPM-10192: Refresh Population Process Encountered 1 Errors" when running RefreshPopulation directly from Workflow.
The error appears to be related to combinations in the promotion that do not exist in mdp_matrix - the error is correct, but I don't know whether the logic is correct.

I may be missing something here, but if I do the following sql, no combinations are returned:

select count(*) from promotion_data where (item_id,location_id) not in (select distinct item_id,location_id from mdp_matrix);

What script should I try to find out which promotions have got invalid filter populations that is causing this particular refresh population error ?

I created a seperate workflow that just calls RefreshPopulation and ran that. Without a date defined in the REFRESH_FROM_DATE parameter in the step, nothing happened. If I put a date in the parameter - in this case the same as max_sales_date ( and we have promotions in the future to this date), then we saw changes to PROMOTION_DATA and PROMOTION_MATRIX on the promotions we were testing. Why does the step only work if you enter a date ( if we're running this weekly, how do we update that date automatically..?)
