Online submitted jobs are not being picked up by threadpoolworker. Threadpoolworker is running with DEFAULT pool name.


- This error did not start occurring after patch installation.
- This is effecting all on-line jobs, but still have the ability to run batch jobs from backend.
- Both threadpoolworker and appserver are running on the same server.
- Stdout, and stderr are not created for the job.
