How To Fail Orders Immediately When NE Is In MAINTENANCE MODE (Doc ID 989220.1)

Goal

The thing we want to achieve is to fail an order as soon as Maintenance mode of NE is detected by ASAP.  Is there is any way to fail such orders other than timeout?
