Unable To Access Business Modeler Via Collaborator Workbench Connection To Database Failed Error (Doc ID 989722.1)

On : 7.2.0 version, Technical

When attempting to access Business Modeler from Collaborator Workbench
the following error occurs.

Can't connect to database ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified

The following error occurs in the Modeler.log file
App name : Management Tools
Process name : Connection to database has failed.
Error description: Tns Configuration is corrupted or missing for the following connection parameters:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Demantra Collaborator Workbench
2. Nav: Planning Applications -> Business Modeler
(same issue for the other planning applications)
3. Followed the solution described in Note 461778.1 but the same error still appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Business Modeler from Collaborator Workbench.
