Troubleshooting - Resume Parsing is not Available

Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- The resume parsing block is not displayed
- Candidates not able to upload a document
- File name disappears when candidate clicks on Save and Continue
- Resume parsing fails
- Fields are not populated
- A user is not able to update an existing candidate file
- System error when using resume parsing
- Error:The file you have attached cannot be processed. Unable to scan the file - HTTP status code: 500
- Error: The tool used to extract the resume content is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later or fill out the online application manually.
