Purpose
The following things may be evident or represent what the user is trying to accomplish:
- Users cannot create or extend an offer.
- Access control error displayed when creating an offer.
- Create offer action not available in More Actions menu.
- Extend offer action not available in More Actions menu.
- Persistent clocking when clicking the Create or Extend Offer option.
- Submission status is incorrect after an offer action. ex: Rescind, Renege, etc.
- An error has occurred while starting the E-Offer Process.
